Fig provides many shipping options to satisfy your delivery needs. We currently ship to anywhere in the U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii.

The following shipping options are available:
- UPS Ground - Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent choice for most shipments. Ground Shipping is available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
- UPS 3-Day Select - Offers the ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery. 3 Day Select is guaranteed delivery within three business days to and from every U.S. address in the 48 contiguous states, 3-5 days to Alaska and Hawaii.
- UPS 2nd Day Air - An alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight service. 2nd Day Air is guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day. It is important to note that deliveries to certain locations in Alaska may require additional time in transit. If you have questions or concerns regarding this option, please contact us for assistance by phone or email.
- UPS Next Day Air® - Features fast, reliable delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, making it the right choice for all your overnight shipments. Next Day Air is guaranteed on-time delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00noon, or the end of next business day depending on location and when applicable, Saturday delivery by 12:00 noon or 1:30 p.m. It is important to note that some shipments to Alaska and Hawaii as well as certain locations may require additional time in transit. If you have questions or concerns regarding this option, please contact us for assistance by phone or email.
The table below shows our available shipping methods and prices for the 48 contiguous United States. For example, if your total purchases (not including sales tax) are $99, then UPS Ground will cost you $8. You will also notice that shipping costs max out over $1000.01 for any shipping method. Contact us via email for other methods of shipping and pricing.
All shipping information is based on our location: Fig Linens in Westport, CT. Please note that these are estimations only and are not guaranteed. Please Do NOT count Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday in transit time.
Fig Linens is committed to your satisfaction. We offer refunds on all regularly stocked, full-priced merchandise. No returns or exchanges offered on Furniture, Mitchell Gold for Matouk and Lamps. In order to qualify for a refund:
- Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of receipt. After 21 days no returns will be accepted.
- All Returns Must be accompanied by a sales receipt
- All Returns Must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number provided to you by Fig.
- Returned items must be in new and unused condition. This strictly means no marks or signs of use on the product. We will not accept the return of any item which has any indication of being used, or handled in such a manner that prevents us from selling it to customers as first quality, packaged merchandise
- All items must be returned in original packaging, including all tags and inserts
- Fig Linens reserves the right to inspect and return to you items that are not acceptable for resale.
- Special orders are not returnable. Special orders include but are not limited to: monogrammed items, special-request custom sizes, cut yardage and custom embroideries. No returns or exchanges offered on Furniture, Mitchell Gold for Matouk and Lamps.
- Freight costs will not be refunded
- All items eligible for refund must be purchased at retail price. Refunds and returns are not available for items purchased in our FINAL SALE department.
All items returned properly under this policy are eligible for a refund. The cost of the merchandise excluding shipping will be credited to the form of payment used for the original purchase. If you are uncertain about a brand, pattern, style or color in which you are interested, please request a swatch or buy a small piece from the pattern, such as a boudoir sham or napkin.
